~ to me well known, who being by me first duly sworn, deposes and

1. That I was well-acquainted with VIVIAN R. HATHCOCK and
~ JEFF COOPER HATHCOCK, a/)c/a J. COOPER HATHCOCK during their life-
,,times.
_ 2. That the said VIVIAN R. HATHCOCK and JEFF COOPER HATHCOCK
acquired as an estate by the entireties, the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 58, of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE,
Unit 5, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
_ 3. That the said VIVIAN R. HATHCOCK and JEFF COOPER HATHCOCK
were lawfully married to each other prior to the acquisition of
title of aforesaid, that they remained married to each other without
an intervening divorce, up to the demise of JEFF COOPER HATHCOCK.
~ 4. That JEFF COOPER HATHCOCK died on the 21st day of February,
1963; at Arlington Hospital, County of Fairfax, State of Virginia:
~ and that VIVIAN R. HATHCOCK died on the 13th day of January, 1979,
at Powhatan Nursing Home, County of Fairfax, State of Virginia.
5. That at the time of their deaths, said VIVIAN R. HATHCOCK
and JEFF COOPER HATHCOCK were residents of the State of Virginia,
County of Fairfax.
6. That a copy of their death certificates are attached hereto
and-made a part hereof.
