CASE N0. 80-991-FR IN RE: The Marriage Of KAY DEES, Wife, and - i GERALD DEES, Husband. • / - AMENDED FINAL-JUb~ITENT DISSOLUTIOP-OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the 3rd day of September, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and upon the represen- Cations of the Wife, KAY DEES, that the parties have reached an agreement as reflected herein, and the Court having entered Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage on the 4th day of September, 1980, which did not contain the entire agreement between the Husband and the Wife, and the ~ Court being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, this Court finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject-matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved and that an Amended Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage should be entered. It is thereupon I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between GERALD DEES, Husband, i - r and KAY DEES, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of - matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the two-minor children born of this marriage, to-wit: GERALD DEES, II, d.o.b. December 11, 1975, and { ANGELINA DEES, d.o.b. December 2, 1978, is hereby awarded to the Wife, KAY DEES, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband. The Husband shall not remove the children during visitation or at any E other time from the home of the Wife. e 3.
