every week for the support of the before-named children; said sum
to continue until such times as both of the children reach .majority,
marry or become self supporting.
- Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2,00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk._ All payments shall be made in cash, .
money order 'or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while- this order is in effect.
4. MEDICAL BILLS. The Wife shall pay all medical bills
.incurred for the care and the treatment of the children.
5. MARITAL DEBTS. The marital bills will be divided among
the parties by mutual agreement. '
6. The Husband shall and he is hereby ordered to provide
to the Wife an automobile in good working odder with title in her name
and unencumbered within 30 days .from the date of the entry of this.
Amended Final Judgment.
7. ATTORNEY'S FEES INCLUDING COSTS. The Husband is ehreby
ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney, the sum of $350.00 toward
attorney's fees. In addition, the Husband shall pay directly to-said
attorney, OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN, 201 South Second Street, Suite 102,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, the sum of $42.00 as and for costs for
a total of $392.00. "
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
