Smyrna Beach, Volusia County, Florida, being of sound and disposing
mina, memory and understanding, but mindful of the uncertainty of

this life, do hereby make, publish 'and declare the following as s

' and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void
any and all other wills and writings in the nature thereof made by
me at any time heretofore.
FIRST. I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral
e-ipenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.

SECOND. I hereby direct that all my estate and inheritance
taxes chargeable against my estate be paid by the executor out of
the residuary assets of my estate but not out of the portion con- .
stituting the narital trust assets:
THIRD. All the rest, residue and remainder of riy adjusted

~ gross estate, both real and personal, wheresoever situated, I divide
into two parts, one to be known as a marital deduction, hereafter
referred to as the marital trust, and the other to be known as the
residuary trust. The. marital trust is for the benefit of my wife,

of the value of r.~y adjusted gross estate as f_inall1 determined for "
Federal Estate Tax purposes less the aggregate a.:~ount of the r.~arital
