Said trustee shall have ail powers allotted to testamentary trustees under Sections 6 91.03 and 6 91.04 of the Florida Statutes as well as such other powers as may be authorized by the State of Florida at the time of my death. In addition to or in support of such powers, I authorize my said trustee to exercise any or all of the powers above specified in Paragraphs 1 to 6 inclusive in Item Third of this will. I waive compliance by my Trustee with provisions of Chapter 737 , Florida Statutes . FIFTH. I authorize my trustee to pay all taxes and costs of administer- ing the residuary trust, including reasonable trustee's fees and other charges and expenses incident to the care, operation and maintenance of said residuary trust estate. After paying all of said items, the trustee shall pay the net income to my wife , Ethel C . Chisholm , quarterly or mace often, in the dis - cretin of the trustee, until her death. If, !n the opinion of the trustee, the income of said residuary trust is insufficient to support and maintain my wife in her accustomed manner of living, then the trustee may encroach upon the corpus of the residuary trust assets to any extent he may think necessary for i G ~ such purpose. i SIXTH. Upon the death of my wife,- the marital trust and the residuary trust shall terminate and the assets of said trusts shall be delivered by my e trustee to my son, john E. Chisholm. SEVENTH. In the event my wife should predecease me, or should we die simultaneously, then and in that event, I hereby give, devise and bequeath ^?.y entire estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever `s ~ situate, unto my son, john E. Chisholm, absolute. E 6 EIGHTH. I hereby nominate, and appoint my son, John E.
