I confer upon sai3 executor full authority and power to sell
or lease any part or all of my estate at public or p=ivate sale
with or without notice, as he may deem best, without any order of
court. I authorize him to make good and sufficient conveyances to
the purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any_ sale to the same
uses and trusts as hereinbefore declared in the several items of
this my will. In the event it becomes necessary for said executor
or trustee to borra~ money for the use of my estate in any instance
in which he thinks it proper and necessary, I expressly confer
upon him the authority to borrow such funds as may be necessary,
and to secure the same by mortgage upon any part of my estate;
this he may do without order of any court. I confer the sane full
powers on hin as trustee when he takes charge of the trust property
.bequeathed and devised under this will. -
