bequest shall be selected in such manner that the cash and other
property distributed will have an aggregate fair market value fairly
representative of the distributee's proportionate share of the
appreciation or depreciation. in the value to the date or dates of
uistribution of all property available for distribution. Any
property included in my estate at the time of my death and assigned
or conveyed in kind to satisfy said bequest shall be valued for that
purpose at the value thereof as finally determined for Federal
Estate Tax purposes. No asset or proceeds ofany asset shall be
included in the trust as to which a Marital deduction is not allow-
able if -included. Said bequest shall abate to the extent that it
cannot be satisfied in the manner hereinabove provided.
That part of my estate above referred to as a marital trust,
I give, revise and bequeath to my. son, John E. Chisholm, of tdew
S:aYrna Beach, Florida,. as Trustee, in trust for the purposes herein-
after set forth. Said trustee shall have all the powers allowed to
testamentary trustees under Sections 691.03 and 691.01, Florida
~ Statutes, as well as such other powers as may be authorized by the

laws of the State of Florida at the time of my death. In addition
to, or in support of such powers, I authorize said trustee:

(1) 'Po receive,-hold, exchange, manage and control said
trust property in his reasonable discretion for the benefit
of this trust.
(2) To hold the sane or any part thereof, in cash fro*~ tine
to time, and to :.nvest, reinvest, or Y.eep the sane invested
in such income-bearing securities or other property, real or
personal, as the trustee may deem advisable in his reason-
able discretion, and to collect the incoc-ie therefro:a for
the benefit of this trust and to dispose of said income as
required by the provisions of this will.
(3) To have and to exercise full oo~.~er to smell, exchange,
~ lease or otherwise dispose o.f, from time to ti~^e in his
~ discretion for the benefit of this trust, all or any portion
~ of. the trust estate in the manner and upon such terms as thn
i trustee r.?ay, in the exercise of his ju3g:rent and discretion,
~ deem most beneficial to the trust estate.

(4) In the exercise of the powers and authority herein
conferred for the benefit of t'ris trust, the trustee is
