trust assets to my son, john E.Chisholm, as trustee, in trust for the purposes

trustees under Sections 691.03 and 691.09 of the Florida Statutes, as well as
such other powers as flay be authorized by the State of Florida at the time of

my death. In addition to or in support of such powers, I authorize my said

t trustee to exercise any or all of the powers above specified in Paragraphs 1 to

6 inclusive of Item Third of this will.

v FIFTH; I authorize my trustee to pay all taxes and costs of administering i

the residuary trust, including reasonable trustee's fees and other charges

' and expenses incident to the care, operation and maintenance of said residuary j•

.trust estate. After paying all of said items, the trustee shall ~
pay the net #

income to my husband, Alfred A. Chisholm, quarterly or more often in the ~
discretion of the trustee, until his death. If, in the opinion of the trustee,
the income of said residuary trust is insufficient to support and maintain my ~ ~
husband in his accustomed manner of living, then the trustee may encroach
upon the corpus of the residuary trust assets io any extent he may think ~
i
necessary for such purpose .
SIXTH: Upon the death of my husband, this residuary trust and marital
trust shall terminate and the assets of said trusts shall be delivered by my
trustee to my son, John E. Chisholm.
SEVE~TT:i: In the event my husband should predecease me, or should
we die simultaneously, then and in that event, I hereby give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate, unto my son, johnE. Chisholm, provided, however,
should my son predecease me, or should we dfe simultaneously, then and in
that event, I hereby give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, both real and
