Purchaser hereby ratifies and t confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- minium and T:xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Uaner-s' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said purchaser acknowledges acrd confii~ that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~~niers' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants ~ and Restrictions of the Property Uaners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the a obligations as to the Property d+~ners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
