ledges receipt of aid re;cding; and examination of said Declaration, .its i:.xhibits,,
and budget, sales brochure altd floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every
pro~•ision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and tnanag;ement
of"the Condominium property and .is in the best interests and for the benefit of all ~
the o~~~iers therein. Purchaser and all o~.•ners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declara-
tion of Condominiuun and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and t
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and T:xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Uaner-s' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said purchaser acknowledges acrd confii~
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~~niers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants ~
and Restrictions of the Property Uaners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the a
obligations as to the Property d+~ners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto,
and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owners' Association and
other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor
may one be relied upon except wirere the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
