9. BONDING. Fidelity bonds shall be squired by the Board of Directors
loom all O!licers or Directos of the Association who control or disburse Assodation
hinds . The amount of such bonds shall be determined by the Disctors, but shall be
not less than one-halt of the amount of the total annual assessments against members
for common expenses . The premiums on such bonds shall be paid by the Association .
