the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by W.G. Padrick and
Elouise S. Padrick, his wife
dated Apri 1 21 t q70 ,and recorded ~
in the public records of $t. LUCie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 184 on age
584 ,securing the payment of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND ANO NO/100

and a Mortgage Modification Agreement, dated March 15, 1972 and recorded in
O.R. Book 199, page 2841, in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note sacured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said rrwrtgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of .the aforesaid County to -
cancel the same of record.
