ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows: -
a. That the defendant BERRY RENT RAMBO is guilty of -
simple negligence in the operation of the motor vehicle.
b. That defendant, KERRY RENT RAMBO had permission to operate
the vehicle owned by BARRY REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC.
c. That the accident happened at the time, date and place
alleged in the Complaint.
(2) EVIDENCE: Documentary and other evidence listed and presented
at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence
without objection, except as hereinbelow reserved.

jl (3) OTHER PROVISIONS: Any supplementary discovery, exhibits or
witnesses to furnished no later than Friday, Sept. 12, 1980.

(4) EXPERT WITNESSES: May be called out of turn by either party.
'E (5) WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial
Conference and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted
to testify, except the parties themselves. Either party may
t call any witness listed by any other party.
€ (6) PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES. Plaintiff shall have six (6) peremptory
challenges. The Defendants shall have six (6) peremptory
~ challenges.
(7) JURY INSTRUCTIONS: Proposed jury instructions, each charge on
a separate s eet, shall be submitted to the Court at the
beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional
jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the
conclusion of the testimony.
E (8) EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE. Outside the hearing of the jury, in a
manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e .
