July 23, 1980, a hearing was held before the Court with respect
to the matters disposed of by this Order. Upon consideration
it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Rehearing
filed herein by the~Defendant, D.A.D., INC'., is denied;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs
shall have and recover from the Defendant, D.A.D., INC., the ~
sum of $ 169.50 representing taxable Court costs. '
