ORDER.
This cause came on to be heard upon the motions of the
defendants, STATE FARM FIRE & CASUALTY COMPANY (ore tenus)
and AETNA INSURANCE COMPANY, to sever and the Court having
heard the argument of counsel, it is
ORDERED that the said motions to sever are granted and
the issue of insurance coverage, as it relates to AETNA
INSURANCE COMPANY and STATE FARM FIRE & CASUALTY COMPANY,
shall be severed from the-merits of the claim. The issue of
insurance coverage shall be resolved prior to any trial on
the merits.
