Motion to Strike and Motion for Compulsory Physical Examination,
and 'the Court having heard argument by counsel for the respective
parties, and being further advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendants' Motion to Strike is denied.
. 2. Defendants' Motion for Compulsory Physical
Examination is granted and the Plaintiff shall submit to an
independent medical examination by Dr. James Cain of Vero Beach,
Florida at a reasonable day and hour upon reasonable notice.
