shall have listed on their insurance policy insuring the.

SON, and TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants
will permit, commit or'suffer no waste, impairment or deteri-
oration of the subject land or improvements thereon at any
time.
