ALIAS SMITH-JONES, INC., and JOBEAR, INC., are required to interplead and to litigate between themselves their respective rights to the proceeds of the sum in controversy in 1 this action. - 4. Upon deposit of the funds into the registry of the court, MOBILE HOMES shall be discharged from all liability under the complaint in this action and said complaint shall be dismissed with prejudice as to MOBILE HOMES ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC. 5. ALIAS SMITH-JONES, INC., and JOBEAR, INC., shall be restrained from instituting any further action against MOBILE HOMES ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC., for recovery of the proceeds to be-deposited in the court registry in this action or con~erni~g the subject matter of this cause of action. 6. The claim of lien filed by ALIAS SMITH-JONES, INC., - shall be discharged of record. - 7. The court reserves ruling as to the assessment of attorney's fees in favor of the Defendant MOBILE HOMES ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC.
