This cause coming oa before the Court upon Motion-for .~dgment on
Pleadings and it appearing to the Court under verified Petition that there s.
are no heirs other thaw JOSEPH SANTORO and that JOSEPH SAIBTORO both by being
the sole heir and by conveyance from interested parties is the fee simple
owner and the heirs represented by a duly appointed guardian ad litem having
filed as Answer oa behalf of heirs, if any, and therein waived the running
of time and consented to hearing inatantard, and the Court being fully advised
therein, theraupoa, it is hereby
CONSIDBRBD, ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the plaintiff, JOSEPH SANTORO, be and he is hereby declared
to have a superior title to auy and all persona in this cause.
2. That the fee simple title to the property described as: ~
Commencing at the Sii corner of the SEA of SBA of Section 17,
! Tawnahip 34 South, Range 40 8a8t, run Narth 534.69 feet, to
the point of beginning; frog said point of beginning run East
151.6 feet to the hest rightrof~way line of U.S. Highway #1,
thence Southeasterly along said West rightrof~ay line a distance
of 175 feet; thence Went and parallel with the Section line a
distance of 1550 feet, more or less, to the Weat line of the
SW~ of the 3B~ of said Section 17, thence North along said Weat
line to a point which is due Went of the Point of Beginning;
thence Bast 1320 feet, more or less, to~the Point of Beginning.
