THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TO ALL SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF
SAID STATE:
YOU ARE COMMANDED to replevy the goods and chattels in
possession of the said Defendant or someone under said Defendant's
direction or control, either directly or indirectly, with or without
the consent of the Defendant or wherever the same may be found,
described as follows:
One 1979 Ford Mustang motor vehicle,
two-door, Vehicle Identification
No. 9F02Z288290.
Further, the Sheriff shall not hold the property, but shall release
the property to the Plaintiff forthwith.
~ - Further, the Defendant may obtain release of the property
by posting a bond within five (5) days after serving of the writ
i in the amount of one and one-fourth of the amount due and owing on -
the agreement for the satisfaction of any judgment which may be
rendered against him.
