This cause having come before this Court on the 9th day of
September, 1980, on the Motion to Extend Time for Filing and
!lotion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, ~ it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJODGBD that the !lotion to Withdraw as Attorney
of Record is granted and the law firm of lIcDONALD, GONANO &
ASSOCIATES, P.A. shall be relieved of all obligations as counsel
for- the Defendant.
IT IS FORTHER ORDERED AND ADJODGBD that the Plaintiff shall
give notice of this action to the Defendant by advertising this
suit in St. Lucie County, Florida once a week for two consecutive
weeks as a condition precedent to the entry of a default.
