FOR DEFENDANT DOLLAR RENT A CAR SYSTEMS, INC.
'THIS ACTION was tried_before~the Court. On the evidence
presented
IT IS ADJUDGED that at the time of the subject accident the
Defendant, ROBERT GARY GOODMAN was in breach of the rental contract
between Mr. Goodman, the Defendant, DOLLAR RENT A CAR SYSTEMS, INC.,
and therefore the Defendant ROBERT GARY GOODMAN was not an insured f
r
under the policy of insurance issued by NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE ~
COMPANY to the Defendant, DOLLAR RENT A CAR SYSTEMS, INC., for the.
vehicle being used by Mr. Goodman at the time of the subject accident,
said ruling having been announced in open Court as per the four (4)
page transcript "Oral Ruling of the Court" attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and incorporated herein by reference.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, St. Lucie County, Florida. this
