COME NOW the parties,~by and through their undersigned
counsel, and hereby stipulate and agree that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court is hereby authorised to disburse she moneys nor
being held by it under Defendants' Civil Supersedeas Bond which
was heretofore posted with the Court on March 27, 1980. The bond-
shall be disbursed as f ollowss the sum of One Thousand Four-~
Hundred Ninety Two and Fifty Nine One-Hundredths .($1,492.59)
Dollars shall be disbursed to Plaintiff as reimbursement for
i
taxable costs pursuant to this Court's Order of March 13, 1980,
~ and the balance of said bond shall be reimbursed to the Defendant
~ herein.
