The undersigned, as guardian .of the ert of Marianne Phinne

a minor, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer
exists by reason of the fact that the card is na+ 18 years of age, having
reaehed such age on September 2, 1950.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a full and
correct account of all receipts and disburseoents of all the ward's property
of which petitioner has control since the last return filed herein, which
-return includes a stateeent of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that there are no interest persons to be }

notified of the filing of this Petition.
iiHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving all

b Loan Association of Fort Pierce be authorized to transfer all funds held
by it, in the name of Jeannine A. Seals, as Guardian of Marianne Phinney,

a minor, to said Marianne Phinney upon receiving her receipt therefor and
upon said transfer being ®ade, this Court entering an order discharging

petitioner as guardian.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing and
