ORDER
This proceeding was heard upon the petition for discharge of
guardian of the property of MARIANNE PHINNEY, incompetent by reason
of minority; and the Court being satisfied that the guardian has
faithful-ly discharged duties as guardian and has rendered a complete
and accurate return and it appearing that the necessity fora guardian-
ship of the property of MARIANNE PHINNEY no longer exists, it is thereupon .
OitDERED that the FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LUAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE be authorized to transfer the funds presently held by JEANNINE.A.
i SEALS as guardian of the property of MARIANNE PHINNEY, a minor, to
~ MARIANNE PHINNEY; and it is further

ORDERED. that upon the filing of a receipt herein by MARIANNE PHINNEY
for the said funds that the guardian is discharged from further liability
herein.
