LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~
I, FLORENCE D. KOLBER, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
- ,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manner
suitable to my circumstances in life.
- SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my ~ ust debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate.
THIRD
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
t
those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the 1
time of my death which is signed by me and which describes the
~ items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
FOURTH
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
s ~
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos~-
eased, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest
whatsoever, unto my husband, FRANCIS S. KOLBEK.
~ FIFTH _
In the event my husband, FRANCIS S. KOLBEK, shall have prede-
ceased me, or our deaths"should occur simultaneously or apprgxi-
mately so, or in the same common accident or calamity, or under any
circumstances causing doubt as to which of us survived the other,
then in either event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, ,
