EIGHTH.
I hereby instruct and direct that the trusts established by
- this Will be effectively activated as soon as possible and without
any undue interruption and delay. To that end, I hereby waive
any registration of these trusts with any Court.
NINTH
I hereby nominate and appoint my husband, FRANCIS S. KOLBEK,
to act as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing
of inventory, appraisal or appointment of appraisers, as required
by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said Executor the
right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public
or private sale; and, in the event my husband, FRANCIS S. KOLBEK,
shall predecease me, or be unwilling or unable to act, then in
either event, I hereby_nominate and appoint my daughter, FRANCES
ROBERTA HILL, to act in his stead, giving and granting said
Executrix the same powers, rights, waivers and excuse from bond as
hereinbefore set out-for my husband as Executor.-
TENTH
I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter., FRANCES ROBERTA
~ HILL, to act as Trustee of the trusts under this my Last Will and
Testament, to serve without bond, and I do further waive any and
~ all notices, filing of inventory, appraisal or appointment of
appraisers, as required by Order of Court or law, giving-and
granting said Trustee the right to sell, with or without the Order
of any Court at public or private sale; and, in the event my
daughter, FRANCES ROBERTA HILL, shall predecease me, or be unwillin
or unable to act, then in either event, I hereby nominate and
appoint my son, STEVEN P. KOLBER, to act in her stead, giving and
granting said Trustee the same powers, rights, waivers and excuse
from bond as hereinbefore set out for my daughter as Trustee.
