Section line 2,385.78 feet, thence west parallel to south
Section line 1,135.81 feet to point of beginning; thence
continue west 350 feet, to the East right-of-way U.S. Highway
No. 1, thence run Northwesterly along right-of-way 615 feet; -
~thence run East parallel to North section line 350 feet; thence
southeasterly paral-lel to East right-of-way of U.S. Highway No.
