BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
THOMAS J. CLEARY, well known to me to be the person signed the
following affidavit, who, upon oath, deposes and says:
1. THOMAS J. CLEARY, a resident of Dade County,
Florida, makes this affidavit upon his personal knowledge.
. 2. THOMAS J. CLEARY was appointed authorized agent•for
and ~ttorney-in-fact for BURLINGTON INVESTMENTS, LIMITED, a
British Virgin Islands corporation, at a meeting of Directors held
on March 13, 1979. Annexed hereto is a copy of the certificate of
BURLINGTON INVESTMENTS LIMITED by its Director and Secretary attest-
ing to such appointment of THOMAS J. CLEARY.
• 3. .Additionally annexed hereto is the certificate of
NUGH AULINGTON HODGE, Ag. Registrar of Joint Stock Companies for•
the Territory of the British ~~irgin Islands, which certificate
attests to the fact that BURLINGTON INVESTMENTS LIMITED was incorpora-
ted on the 5th day of May, 1978, as Company Dumber 1819 of the
y F;egister of Companies and further•setting forth facts that such
corporation is current in its annual filings and that no steps
have been taken to have the corporation removed from the Register
of Companies, thereby certifying that the company is in good
standing.
4. BURLINGTON INVESTMENTS LIMITED has purchased real
property in Martin County and St. Lucie County and may purchase
other property within the State of Florida,. and this affidavit
