LOCIE BEFORE MS, a duly commissioned Notary Public within and for the State and County aforesaid, personally appeared VIRGINIA MARTIN, who after being duly cautioned and sworn, deposes and says as follows: THAT my name is VIRGINIA MARTIN, and I am also known as VIRGINIA P. MARTIN, and I reside in St. Lucie County, Florida. THAT on February 7th, 1978, my marriage to CARL F. MARTIN was dissolved by a Final Judgment (O. R. Book 281, Page 1582) in ,case X77-690-FR, in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida. That by said Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage I obtained the marital status of a "single woman", and i have remained single continuously, and without inter- ruption, since that time to this date. THAT I am making this Affidavit for the express purpose of ' clarifying my marital status at the time of the conveyance of my homesteaded real property, to-wit: LOT 8, BLOCK 16, SURFSIDE OMIT TWO,_as per plat there of recorded in Plat Book 11, Paqe 8, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The aforementioned conveyance was made on September 3rd, 1980 to ~ ~ BERNARD BRAVERMAN and BETTY L.
