PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Rose A. Orlando, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 16th day of August,
1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on August 28, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and byzpayinq or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
f paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
G appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tative are:
