BBc~T that I, Robert Melvin Adams, of Brookline, Norfolk ~
- '"County, Com~onwealth of Massachusetts, being-of sound mind and memory, •
but knowing the uncertainity of this life, do make this my FAST WILL
• AND TESTAMBNT, hereby revoking all fofiner previou$ veils and codicils
by me at any time heretofore made.
I desire and direct that, after the payments of all my 3ust debts,
funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:
FIRST: I hereby, constitute and appoint my good friend, Kenneth Lee
Davis, of Brookline, County of Norfolk, Cammorn~ealth of Massachusetts, as
executor under this WILL and my Attorney, Richard F. Casson, of Boston,
County of Suffolk, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as co-executor under
this WILL, both to serve without sureties on their bond as such co-executors.
I vest my co-executors with full power and authority without license of
court to sell, transfer and convey any goperty, real or personal, which
I may awn at the time of my death at such time and price and upon such
terms and conditions ss they may determine and to do everyother act and

I~ thing necessary or appropriate for the complete administration of my estate,
! and to that end I authorize and empower them to make, sign, seal, acknowledge

and deliver any and all deeds, mortgages, writings or other documents which
~ may be necessary or proper in order to pass a good title to the same.
~ SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real,.
personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and character, and wheresoever situated,•
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my good friend, Kenneth Lee Davis,
presently of Brookline, County 'of Norfolk, Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
and his heirs, and assigns, to have and to hold the same for his own use,
