You are hereby notified that a suit was instituted~by the
above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants on the

volving the fol owing described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 1634, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 15, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 12, page 15A, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought in and by said action is to foreclose a.
mortgage on said property owned and held by said Plaintiff and
recorded in Official Record Book 270, page 1224, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
