RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion for
Rule to Show Cause and this Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that you RONALD CHOCOLAAD be and you are hereby
directed, commanded and required to appear before the undersigned
Judge at the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida
Room on the ~ 7~ day of 1980, at ;
_o'clock~.Di., on said day and to then and there show cause, if
any you can, why you should not be adjudged in contempt and punished
for failure to appear for a deposition as ordered by this- rourt
as required by a Writ of Subpoena served upon the 16th day of
June, 1980.
You may purge yourself of being found in contempt of Court
by appearing at the Law office of Scott M. Kenney, 515 S. Indian
~ River Drive,,Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450 for the taking of you
deposition on a day and timeprior to the above-specified date.
Your failure to appear before this Court at the above-mentioned
.time and place may result in your being arrested and put in jail.
