NOTICE OF APPEAL
Notice is hereby given that South .Carolina Insurance
Company, Defendant/Appellant, appeals to the District Court of
Appeal, Fourth District of Florida, the order of this court
rendered August 28, 1980. The nature of the order is a final
order in a declaratory decree action determining that the
defendant has uninsured motorist coverage available to Nicoa
Hinds, a minor, and shall bear a pro rata responsibility with ~
Kemper Insurance Company. .
I hereby certify that a true copy of the foregoing has
been furnished .this 11th day of September, 1980 by United States
