This cause coming before the Court and it appearing to the
Court that the respondent has stipulated and agreed to the entry of
an Order for commonlaw judgment and the Court being fully advised,
therein, thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That RALPH L. FLOWERS shall have and recover of and from
the respondent, WILLIE ALBERT HARPER, the sum of ;400.10 as fees and
costs awarded him in the abovestyled cause.
DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
