THOMAS 3. TURNER and LILLIAN L. TURNER, his wife
dated September 11, 19 80 to be recorded in the_Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. '
2. That there are no mechanics', er other statutory liens against said property
and-that there are no unpaid bills or claims outstanding for labor or igaterial
incident to the construction, repairing, renovating, excavating or improving
of the abo~se property or any buildings and the improvement located thereon,
or for or by reason of any ether matter or thing whatever; that no person,
firm, association, or corporation has the right to assert a mechanics', or
other statutory lien for unpaid labor or materials furnished to the above
described property, er for or by reason of any other matter or thing, what-
ever,-within the past twelve months; and that no.tatices of intention to
claim lien or other cautionary notices of any kind have been served with
respect to labor performed or materials furnished upon said property.
