WARRANTY DEED

THIS WARRANTY DEED,•made the ~ day of , A.D. i
19_ by ROBERT R. ANDERSON and CAT~~tYN M. ANDERS , a wife, ~
hereinafter called the Grantor, to EARL. L. BESSENT and GWENDOLYN 4
G. BESSENT, his wife whose post office address is Rt. #4, Hox ~
155, Ft. Pierce, Florida-32450, hereinafter called the Grantee.
• (Wherever used herein, the terms "Grantee" and_
"Grantor" shall include all the parties to this
instrument and their_heirs, legal representatives
and assigns).
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable
considerations,-receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the Grantee, particularly described as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof
THIS conveyance is subject to the following:
1. _ Conditions, restrictiona,.limitations and
easements of-record, if any, including utility easements.
2. Zoning and other governmental regulations.
3. Taxes and assessments for the-year 1980 and
subsequent years.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereto belonging or in•anywise appertaining, to
have and to hold same in fee sim~sle forever.
AND,-the Grantor covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor
has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land;
that the Grantor hereby. fully v?~arrants the title to said land
and will defend same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever..-
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has signed and sealed
