That certain parcel of land lying in and being a part of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 and run
North, along the Westerly boundary line thereof, a distance of
1324.26 feet= thence run Easterly, along a line deflecting
90°00'00" to the right from the prolongation of the last
described line, for a distance of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING of the parcel of~land hereinafter described; thence
run North, parallel to the aforesaid Westerly boundary line of
said Southeast 1/4, for a distance of 150.00 feet; thence-run
Easterly, along a line deflecting~94°20'17" to the right from
the prolongation of the last described line for a distance of
635.41 feet; thence run South, parallel to the aforesaid Westerly
boundary line of the Southeast 1/4, for. a distance of 99..58 feet;
thence run Westerly, along a line deflecting 89°47'13" to the
right from the prolongation of the last described line, for a
distance of 633.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 1.814 acres, more or less.
