Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration Qf.Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purclrlser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all- of the terns and provisions Of Said Declalation Of (:Olldolnlnlt611 a»d F.xhlbltS attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the Property Owners' .'lssociation documents referred to above and the provisions thereof arc reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that. the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners'.-Association has encumbered and in~~ressed a lien upon the Condo- minium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for Isis obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property U~mers' Association and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property U~rners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and induce- ments, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of• Condominiun and~Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the scans due under the Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except «lieie the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
