hereby relgases the original Obligors)~trom further obligations or liability

• 4. Exupt as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendeent to the aforementioned promissory note and
•ortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association'to•the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
iaortgage and the wker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby. '
7. The Association hereby ag•ees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sues secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
