THIS. CAUSE, having come on for hearing before this Honorable
Court, and upon the State of Florida's Co*+~tplaint Under 847.011
Florida Statutes, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the State of Florida"s Complaint
under Section 847.011(8) Florida Statutes be granted and
1. That Defendant is hereby enjoined from any and all
advertising or showing the previously adjudicated obscene films entitled
"All About Gloria Leonard°,."Deep Throat", and "Unclothed Encounters",
and
2. That the Defendant be directed to surrender all copies of the

aforementioned films to the sheriff of St. Lucie County, .and

` 3. That the sheriff of St. Lucie County be required to seize
! and destroy same. ~
