- O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on September 12, 1980 on the
Husband's Motion to Stay the Order entered on September 11, 1980
and the Court having heard testimony and argument of counsel and
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Order entered September 11, 1980 be and the same
is hereby rescinded and is of no force and effect.
2. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County,-Florida is directed
~ to release Arthur Rogers from custody.
3. The Court finds that the Respondent, Arthur Rogers,
is in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with

the terms and conditions of the Order dated November 26, 1979 in
that the Respondent. was gainfully employed and failed to make the
payments pursuant .to paragraphs 2 and 3 of said Order.
4. The Respondent, Arthur Rogers, is in arrears in his

p ym pursuant to said Order of November 26, 1979 in the amount
of $4.,100.
5. The Respondent, Arthur Rogers, shall be permitted to
~ make payments of $60 per month to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida,- P. O. Box 700, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33454
beginning Friday, September 19, 1980 and•on the 19th day of each
