month thereafter unEil the full amount of $4,100 has been paid.
In addition there is hereby assessed an additional $2.00 per
payment as the Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing such
payments, and said payment are to be disbursed by the-Clerk. in
the manner set forth in the original Order of this Court entered
April 18, 1979.
6. Upon the Respondent's failure to make any Qf the
required payments as hereinabove set forth, on affidavit from the
office of -the State Attorney showinq~that Respondent has not
complied with the terms of this Order, within a period of three
days-from the due date of any payment, this Court will thereupon
enter an Order of Commitment ordering the arrest and confinement
of the Respondent in the St. Lucie, County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida I
for a period of five months twenty-eight days, provided however, the -
Respondent may purge himself by paying any arrearage after his
incarceration.
