Personally appeared before-me, the•undersigned authority,
BEN L•. BRYAN, JR: who, after being by me first duly cautioned and
sworn, deposes-and says: _ _ _ ~ - -
1. That he is familiar with the land, the description of -

--~-----which-is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated by
_ reference herein. That the land~is vacant land and raw land, and _ -
no one~has lived upon the land for an excess of the past thirty
(30) years. _
- 2. That he knew Rupert N. Roblegard, Jr. who was trustee- - -
for various persons involving the land, the description of which
. is attached hereto, and that.Rupert N. Roblegard., Jr.• died on _
May 26, 19.72. A certified copy of the death certificate is at- -
tached3hereto and marked Exhibit "B".
3. That he has represented and been attorney for the
grantors in that deed filed this date as to the land„described
in Exhibit "A", and that there were no trusts for the benefit.

than those set-out in the Will of Ruhl W. Koblegard, deceased..
_ 4. That attached hereto are the originals and one certi-
fled true copy of the trust for Rupert N. Koblegard, III, Mary .
Ann Koblegard Bryan, Wendell May Koblegard Bishop and Laura Lee

Roblegard Hayes, all of which are. dated the 24th day of November,
- 1953 and are those trusts referenced in-the various deeds relat-
ing to the property described in Exhibit "A".

5. That attached hereto is that trust dated the 29th day-

of December, 1967 between Ruper-t N. Koblegard, Jr. and the same

parties, being that trust referenced in various deeds relating

to the property described in Exhibit "A". - -
