. Powers of Trustees

the following powers, to be exercised by him in his - -
sole discretion as to time, terms and conditions:
k: (a) To hold, improve, bargain, sell, ex-
~ change, rent, lease, mortgage, comrey and transfer
any part or all of the real or aersonal eronertp of
• the Trust, without the approval of the ~3eneficiary, _
or of ar~r Court therefor obtained, and without
necessity of any person dealing with the Trustee
to inquire as to the purposes or expediency of his
acts, or to see to~ the application of a~? mone~r or ~ -
' other property delivered t o the Trustee.
(b) To collect, recover and receive tta~ -
principal and the rents, issues, interest, dividends,
