For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal promise to pay
without defalcation to the order of R. N. KOBLEGARD. III ~ ~ ,

DOLLARS, with interest from date at the rate of twelve (12$) per cent per
annum, in yearly installments as follows:- -
$25,446.43, plus interest, on -September 19 - T9~81, and
- - $.25,446.43, plus interest, on, - Septe r 1.9 of each suc-
ceeding year thereafter until-.the whole sum named :is_fully paid. -
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then -
on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If default is made in any pay-
ment when due then, at option of the payee, all the remaining installments
_shall become due-and payable at once.
Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney, either--
of us, whether maker, surety or indorser on this note, hereby agrees to pay
all Gosts of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
The makers,- sureties and indorsers hereof severally waive presentment, pro--
- test and notice of protest for-non-payment of this note and agree t}iat the _
time of its maturity may be extended before or after maturity-and do further
severally agree to any renewal thereof before or after maturity without -
notice of them. -
This note-.may be pre-paid at any time without penalty, except that no pay-
ments in excess of~29$ shall be made during the year 1980. The security
for this note is the land described in the mortgage, to which a copy~of this
note is attached, and-the owners and holders of the note for themselves,
their-heirs and assigns, agree that in the event of default and -foreclosure
no deficiency judgment shall be claimed against the maker of the note.
