O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on the 16th day of September,
1980, upon the Motion of the Plaintiff for Sanctions, and the Court
having examined the Motion, and heard argument of counsel, and being
• otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That the Defendant, CARL CARLTON, SR., be, and is hereby
I~ orded to produce within ten-(10)-days from and including the date of
September 16, X980, to his attorney, Lee Muschott, the complete copies
of his Federal Income Tax Returns for the years requested by -the
k -
~ Plaintiff in the Request To Produce.
2. That Lee Muschott, Esquire, be, and is hereby ordered to
examine the aforesaid Income Tax Returns of CARL CARLTON, SR., and to
then without delay to discuss the same with BRAD CULVERHOUSE, the
attorney for the Plaintiff, and to disclose to the attorney for the
Plaintiff information from said Tax Returns which is relevant to this
cause, including but not limited to, whether or not CARL CARLTON, SR.
claimed or did not claim deductions 'or other tax reductions for improve-

! ments to real property.
3. to the event that the attorney for the defendant and the

attorney for the Plaintiff can not agree as to the relevancy of the '
Income Tax Returns then this Court shall forthwith in a summary fashion
