THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon
the Motion of the Plaintiffs to Compel the Defendants to
comply with certain discovery requests, and the Court having
considered the same, including the withdrawl of paragraphs 6
and 9 of the Notice to Produce, dated August 13, 1980, and
being o~her~aise.fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendants, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC.
j ~ .and PAUL AMANN, shall have fifteen (15) days. from the date here-

~ of to respond to paragraphs 10 and 11 of the Notice~to Produce,
dated August 13, 1980. .
2. Within fifteen (15) days of the date hereof,
-said Defendants, CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC and PAUL AMANN,
w~ll also produce a.list of .the names of all contracts written
by or for CUSTOM HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC. on and after September 1,
Y979 through August 13, 1980, indicating whether a commission is
due, whether or not it has been paid, and to whom the commission
shall be due or has been paid.
