THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on September 16, 1980,
and the Court having taken testimony of the parties and witnesses,
admitted and reviewed evidence, heard argument of counsel on the law ~
and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, finds and
determines:
1. That there was a failure of consideration for the
• promissory note introduced into evidence in-this action. It is thereupon'
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
' COUNTY, as Personal Representative of the Estate of VINCENT VECCHIO,
