THIS CAUSB c9me on to be heard on Defendants' Motion to File
Counterclaim and Defendants' Motion for a Compulsory Physical. Examination,
and the Court, having heard argument of counsel for the parties and being
otherwise advised .in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. Defendants' Motion to File a Counterclaim is granted and the
proposed Counterclaim filed as_Exhibit A with Defendants' Motion shall
stand as Defendants' Counterclaim in this action; Plaintiffs shall have

fifteen (15) days within which to file its responsive pleading to the
Counterclaim.
2. Defendants' Motion for Compulsory Physical Examination is
granted and the minor, DWAYNE WHITE, shall submit to a physical examination ~
to be conducted by and at the offices of HOOSHANG HOOSHMAND, M.D., in s
Vero Beach, Florida, at a time and date to be-set by Defendants herein
upon consultation with and agreement of Plaintiffs.
