Defendants' Motion to File a Counterclaim is granted and the proposed Counterclaim filed as_Exhibit A with Defendants' Motion shall stand as Defendants' Counterclaim in this action; Plaintiffs shall have • ~ f fifteen (15) days within which to file its responsive pleading to the Counterclaim. 2. Defendants' Motion for Compulsory Physical Examination is granted and the minor, DWAYNE WHITE, shall submit to a physical examination ~ to be conducted by and at the offices of HOOSHANG HOOSHMAND, M.D., in s Vero Beach, Florida, at a time and date to be-set by Defendants herein upon consultation with and agreement of Plaintiffs.
